1. Ordering & Proof Approval
- All orders are custom-made based on the specifications provided by the customer.
- It is the customer’s responsibility to review and approve all design proofs before production.
Once a proof is approved, we are not liable for errors including but not limited to typos, layout issues, or color mismatches.
2. Payments
- Full payment is required at the time of order unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- Orders will not enter production until payment is received.
- We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, PayPal, Interac e-Transfer (Canada only), and approved bank transfers.
3. Production Turnaround
- Standard production time is typically 2–5 business days, depending on the product and quantity.
- Rush orders may be accommodated with additional charges.
- Production times do not include shipping time.
4. Shipping & Delivery
- Shipping times are estimated and not guaranteed.
- We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
- Damaged or lost shipments must be reported within 7 days of receipt
5. Returns & Refunds
- Due to the custom nature of printed products, we do not accept returns for change-of-mind or customer errors.
- If there is a manufacturing defect or error on our part, we will reprint or refund the affected items.
- Claims must be made within 7 days of receiving your order and include photo evidence.

6. Intellectual Property
- Customers are responsible for ensuring they have the rights to use any logos, images, or content submitted for printing.
- We reserve the right to refuse any material we deem offensive, illegal, or infringing on third-party rights.
7. Color Matching
- While we strive for accurate color reproduction, slight variations may occur due to screen differences and printing processes.
- Exact color matching (e.g., Pantone) is available only by special request and may incur additional fees.
8. Limitation of Liability
- Our liability is limited to the value of the order in question.
- We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from delays, errors, or use of our products.
9. Privacy
- We respect your privacy and do not share or sell your personal information.
